COLOR: Intense red, with a purple rim
NOSE: Balsamic notes, coconut, with fresh red fruit aromas.
PALATE: Well structured, with a pleasant balance. Wide range of red and dark fruit flavors, tobacco, vanilla, mocha, and well integrated toasted oak notes. Finishes smooth and sweet, with even tannins.
WINEMAKING: Temperature controlled fermentation i stainless steel for 12 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged in 50/50 French and American oak for 14 months, then another 12 months in bottle.
