COLOR: Intense Red color
NOSE: Notes of balsamic, licorice, fennel, all enveloped by mature red fruit aromas.
PALATE: Well structured, round and unctuous, with balanced acidity. Wide range of red fruits on the palate, with spiced flavors and toasted oak notes on the end.
WINEMAKING: Temperature controlled fermentation for 12 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged in French and American oak barrels for at least 17 months, followed by at least 24 months in bottle before release.
