NOSE: Smoke-tinged aromas of cherry-vanilla, tobacco, faint coconut, and peppery spices.

PALATE: Silky and sweet on the palate, with dark berries and mocha flavors blending with the smooth tannins on the lengthy finish.

WINEMAKING: Spontaneous and controlled fermentation. Aged for 18 months in American Oak barrels, with racking by gravity every 6 months.

RESERVA


VARIETIES: 90% TEMPRANILLO, 10% GRACIANO

COLOR: Intense Red color

NOSE: Notes of balsamic, licorice, fennel, all enveloped by mature red fruit aromas. 

PALATE: Well structured, round and unctuous, with balanced acidity. Wide range of red fruits on the palate, with spiced flavors and toasted oak notes on the end. 

WINEMAKING: Temperature controlled fermentation for 12 days, followed by malolactic fermentation. Aged in French and American oak barrels for at least 17 months, followed by at least 24 months in bottle before release.

MATURANA


VARIETIES: 100% MATURANA

COLOR: Opaque ruby color

NOSE: Intense, yet elegant aromas of subtle herbs, blackberry, cherry, and redcurrant notes. 

PALATE: Pliant and sweet, with supple tannins, and flavors of cherry pit, cardamom, wild herbs, and toasted oak notes on the finish.  

WINEMAKING: Temperature controlled fermentation for 12 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aged in French oak barrels for at least 15 months.
