VARIETIES: 70% TREIXADURA, 15% GODELLO, 10% ALBARINO, 5% LOUREIRA
COLOR: Bright green-tinged yellow.
NOSE: Lively, mineral accented citrus and orchard fruit scents, with white floral notes, and a ginger spice note.
PALATE: Silky and focused on the palate, with zesty orange and lemon pith flavors. Dry and focused, with strong lift and stony persistence.
WINEMAKING: Hand harvested into 18 kg crates, and delivered straight to the string table at the winery. De-stemmed and then pressed, where the free run juice is then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Wine rounds in the tanks until bottling. Un-oaked.
