COLOR: Brilliant light straw color.
NOSE: Citrus fruits and white floral notes dominate the fresh nose.
PALATE: Tart white grapefruit flavors, peach pit, and lime leaf on the palate, with great structure and balanced acidity.
WINEMAKING: After each vineyard has been harvested, the grapes are delivered to the winery for immediate pressing, to maintain freshness. Once grapes are pressed, alcoholic fermentation takes placed in temperature control stainless steel tanks.
