WINEMAKING: 5 months aging in 75% French and 25% American oak barrels. Rounded in bottle before release.

COLOR: Bright violet color.

NOSE: Very fresh red and dark fruits on the nose, with very light peppery nuance. 

PALATE: Medium-bodied, with lively blueberry and boysenberry flavors. Very light tannins on the fresh, fruity finish. 

WINEMAKING: Harvested grapes are sorted, gently crushed, macerated for several days, then fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Un-oaked.

VARIETIES: 70% TEMPRANILLO, 30% GRACIANO

COLOR: Deep ruby color.

NOSE: Dried cherry, redcurrant, and very faint tobacco leaf and vanilla on the nose.

PALATE: Bitter cherry and wild herb flavors are sweetened by a touch of vanilla. Silky tannins, with good body and structure, and elegant acidity on the fresh finish.

WINEMAKING: 14 months aging in 75% American oak and 25% French oak barrels. Minimum of 12 months aging in bottle before release.
