NOSE: Notes of cherry, vanilla, cigar box, and dried rose aromas.
PALATE: Smooth and sweet, with dark fruit flavors, and touches of vanilla and light smoke on the persistent finish.
WINEMAKING: Spontaneous and controlled fermentation. Aged for 15 months in American Oak barrels, with racking by gravity every 6 months. Lightly filtered.
