VARIETIES: 100% TREPAT
COLOR: Bright pink color.
NOSE: High-pitched red berry and cherry and floral pastille aromas, along with suggestions of chalky minerals and succulent herbs.
PALATE: Weighty and broad on the palate, offering bitter cherry and raspberry compote flavors that betray a trace of heat. In a fleshy, ample style, finishing with good cling but also displaying a slightly loose-knit character.
WINEMAKING: Saignee method, with temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks, using indigenous yeasts. Un-oaked.
