NOSE: Highly fragrant bouquet of cherry, dark berries, licorice and mocha.
PALATE: Dense and chewy, with bitter cherry, spicecake, and star anise flavors. Excellent structure, lively and focused on the elegant finish.
WINEMAKING: Manually harvested grapes, with spontaneous and controlled fermentation. Aged for 20 months in French and American oak, with racking by gravity every 6 months.
