NOSE: Intense, yet elegant aromas of subtle herbs, blackberry, cherry, and redcurrant notes.
PALATE: Pliant and sweet, with supple tannins, and flavors of cherry pit, cardamom, wild herbs, and toasted oak notes on the finish.
WINEMAKING: Temperature controlled fermentation for 12 days, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrel. Aged in French oak barrels for at least 15 months.
