Roberto, thank you for the information about what you have been up to at the bodega. I think more people will be looking to organic/biodynamic/sustainable products as we struggle to deal with the environmental problems we will continue to face in the future. The fact that you’re making wine with better health benefits is nice as well!!!

We are working for the last years to give our wines better properties as higher levels of Resveratrol. This substance is created by the vines to “fight” against its own diseases and give to the wine consumer a higher resistance against many diseases. We are working to enhance ten times naturally the concentration of this positive substance for human beings therefore the positive effects in our health. So, this our next step in the winemaking process to offer a higher quality and the consumer can enjoy of the wine healthier in moderation of course.
